At Bridal Sense, we want your special day to be perfect, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn and unaltered bridal attire. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is returned in its protective garment bag.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bridal Sense account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring the gown is folded correctly to prevent permanent creasing or damage to delicate lace and beadwork.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our bridal specialists inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
