How long does shipping take for bridal gowns?

Standard shipping for our made-to-order gowns typically takes 12 to 16 weeks. We also offer a selection of 'Ready to Ship' styles that arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Can I return my wedding dress if it doesn't fit?

We accept returns on unworn, unaltered standard-sized gowns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized dresses and final sale items are non-refundable.

Do you offer professional alterations?

While we do not provide in-house alterations, all our gowns are designed with generous seam allowances to make it easy for your local tailor to achieve the perfect fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into monthly interest-free installments.

How do I know which size to order?

Bridal sizing runs differently than everyday streetwear. We highly recommend viewing our comprehensive Size Guide and having a professional take your measurements before placing an order.

Are the colors shown on the website accurate?

We strive for color accuracy, but shades may vary slightly due to screen calibrations. We offer fabric swatches for purchase so you can see the exact color and texture in person.
